Working in conjunction with health professionals such as consultants, GP's and physiotherapists I am able to support and help clients to maintain and improve functional ability.
The first step is to perform a comprehensive posture/strength/flexibility/diet/health and lifestyle assessment. Following on from this I will provide you with a personalised diet plan and a gym/home exercise programme and will support you to achieve your goals, however large/small or insurmountables they may seem.
