I have been suffering from recurrent neck and head pain for some years, relieved only temporarily by visits to chiropractors and physios. I decided to see Lisa, on personal recommendation, in order to find a more proactive and lasting way of dealing with my situation.

I have been very pleased with the individually tailored program that she has developed for me; by strengthening certain muscles and learning how to overcome my own particular poor posture habits, my neck and head pain have been greatly reduced in a very short time, but I also feel generally stronger and have a greater understanding of how my body works. I feel very positive about having a greater degree of control over my own body.

“I would like to highly recommend Lisa as a personal trainer/fitness instructor. When I first came to see her I was extremely overweight and very unfit. Household chores and walking the dogs were a major effort. After a series of twice weekly sessions I lost 3 stone in weight and can now walk for 3 hours with my dogs [I used to worry about getting from the car to Lisa’s house!]. The household cleaning is much easier, I feel so, so much better and have regained my freedom and independence, looking forward to my sessions with Lisa and thoroughly enjoying my walks with the dogs.

I never know what Lisa will have in store for me, exercises are different and challenging every time but always interesting and enjoyable. She has a wonderfully “sympathetic ear” and is easy to talk to which in itself has helped me make personal progress.
